This home is a short walk to the Rumbling Bald beach, restaurants and amenities. As guests at Dancing Waters Lodge you’ll have access to all Rumbling Bald amenities. Guest Passes are provided. Enjoy the two 18-hole championship golf courses (fees apply), driving ranges, restaurants, outdoor pool with lazy river, indoor pool, whirlpool, steam and dry saunas, fitness center, spa/salon, year-round hiking, and seasonal special events.
Chimney Rock Village restaurants, Chimney Rock State Park, area wineries, breweries, live music, hiking trails, waterfalls, and more are open and within short drives of Dancing Waters Lodge. Dancing Waters Lodge Layout:
MAIN LEVEL: Open floor plan with a well equipped Kitchen opening into Family Room/Dining Area, Screened in Porch and large Deck space. The Dining Area has a table for 8-10, and 4 more seats at the Kitchen bar. Family Room has a Smart TV and gas fireplace. Master Bedroom with private bath-Queen Bed and TV. Guest Bedroom - Queen Bed. Half Bath off the Front Entry/Great Room.
LOWER LEVEL: 3 Bedrooms-all Queen Beds and 1 queen sleeper sofa in family room sectional. 2 Full Baths - One of the baths has a convenient exit door to the LL Deck and Hot Tub area. The LL Family Room has a Smart TV w/streaming service, gas fireplace. Walk out from the Great Room to a large Lower Level Deck area. On this Deck you can play corn hole. Walkway and stairs down to dock/floating dock and watercrafts.
