You must park the other vehicle at the visitors parking area which is a short walk away from the property! Any disturbance to neighbors caused due to parking on the path will cause you to be penalized.
- There are other tenants in the separate apartment on the property in their own unit so be mindful of noise please.
- No shoes in the house
- No Smoking anywhere inside the home or in the common areas on the property.
- No drugs, cannabis, or illegal substances anywhere on the property. It will result in a $250 fine.
- Max number of people in the unit should be what is stated upon booking
- There is a $50 per guest per day fee for each undisclosed guest.
