The Neighborhood:
This is the most central location around!! You cannot pick a better spot in town. The beach is right across the street and Tamarindo has so much to see and do. You can walk to everything so a car is not necessary.
Getting Around:
You are walking distance to pretty much everything. There are also inexpensive taxis in town as well as golf cart and bike rentals.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that the elevator in Building 3 at Sunrise Condos will be temporarily out of service from approximately September 11 to October 26, 2026, while a new elevator is being installed. This first-floor unit is not directly affected by the elevator closure, although some daytime construction noise may occasionally be noticeable.
