This secluded and serene home on the “Quietside” of Mount Desert Island offers one-level convenience and an open floor plan layout with many recent renovations and comfortable furnishings. Nestled on a narrow oceanfront cove, the home enjoys beautiful peaks of water views through the towering pines.

FIRST FLOOR: Spacious Kitchen and updated appliances include a cooktop stove and double oven, perfect for the cook in your family! Breakfast bar with seating for four and separate Dining Room large enough to seat eight. Open-plan Living Room with a love seat with sliding glass doors to an expansive deck. To the left, off of the dining room, is a King bedroom with an en-suite Bath and tub/shower combination. On the opposite side of the house are the remaining three bedrooms: a Queen bedroom with en-suite Full Bath with shower only, a Bedroom with double bed, and a Bedroom with Bunk-Bed (single over double). These four bedrooms share a Full Bath with a shower only.
OUTDOOR SPACES: Spacious deck ideal for lounging and enjoying the sunshine (awning available). A few steps away you will find a sleek and charming lower deck with a fire pit and handcrafted wooden chairs.
EXTRAS: Double oven, pinball machine, and two rollaway cots (one twin and one double).
