Summary: This is a very nice 2 bedroom condo in a lovely building, with some amazing views of Tremblant, the lake and surrounding area. However, there were some unexpected challenges that were frustrating. Some examples: - the online check-in process was unclear as the emails from the building management company went to spam and then after finding the building we had to drive across town to a different hotel to pick up keys. - The shower in the master bathroom was also out of order. - The dishwasher seems to have been improperly installed (at an angle) so that tray rolls out on its on and falls off of its tracks. - Several of the kitchen cabinet doors seems to have been improperly installed as well - difficult to open/close and not aligning or crooked when closed. - there was recycling (beer cans) left in the coat closet - the seemingly lovely hottub (shared by the building) was only lukewarm/tepid. When I contacted the building management to ask them to adjust the heat, I was told that there was a leak in the hottub and it was constantly being filled which is why it wasn't able to get hot. We had a lovely time at Tremblant and the skiiing was great - especially the ski in/ski out aspect. But overall, we've stayed at other hillside ski-in/ski-out at Tremblant before and for more than $500 per night (fees included), we were expecting a better experience.
