There are miles of walking trails in Dimple Dell Regional Park that can be accessed from the property by foot. Also very close to mountain biking and hiking trails in the foothills of the mountains. Less than a mile away is a 24 hour Fitness Center and Dimple Dell Recreation Center with an indoor pool, water slides and climbing wall.
The property has separate entrance and is a private separate basement apartment. The home that is situated on a one acre parcel down a quiet private lane. The large living space has 9 foot ceilings and has a comfortable, roomy, private patio with Hot tub, outdoor table and BBQ. The inside of the apartment has a full size pool table and beautiful brand new kitchen with quartz counter tops. The roomy space has a big island and a full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed and walk in closet in one room and queen bed in the other bedroom.
