Just had off the market for the past 2 months to do some renos, I put in all new back splash, new drywall and fresh paint.I have just added 2 new queen size beds and new solid frames . Just put in a Sony 55 inch LED. Coffee maker and have fresh coffee ready to go in the fridge. Just put in all new 2 inch blinds also added a new leather couch. I would rather book long term, let me know what your thinking and we can work out a sweet deal.
Great location, very central in Victoria. Driveway parking spot right out front for your vehicle.
Bus to anywhere in Victoria 1/4 block away.
Place is right between Up-Town and Tillicum mall.
I have a crib and high chair also some toys and a bag of LEGO.
There is a Comcast on the tv so you can watch Netflix.
I just added a private BBQ spot on the side of the house with a nice Weber BBQ.
