Four expertly appointed bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Comfortably sleeps up to 10 adults. Additional

Over 2100 square feet of freshly furnished Vacation Rental. Enter the home on the ground floor, and
you'll be greeted by towering ceilings & plenty of natural light! The house features a bar & lounge area
with plush seating for 4 next to the large front window.

The main living room features large comfy sofas, a 60" Smart TV, and a ceiling fan. Additionally, it
encompasses a desk/workspace.
The Laundry room consists of a full-size washer & dryer located on the main floor. The main floor also
consists of a massive entertainment/game room, including a bar 60" TV. Pool table, foosball table, board
games, and a sofa and lounge chairs for plenty of seating. Best of all, a view of the mountains.
The second floor of this massive home features four guest suites. The guest suites are configured with

shared on the second floor. The enormous primary suite has a King bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, and a spa-
