Amongst the stunning landscape of Cochrane lies the sought-after community of Riviera. This family home is nestled in the river valley across from the Bow River. Surrounded by natural beauty, much of this community is dedicated to parks, green spaces, and trails, yet town amenities are just a short drive away. Make sure to watch for and appreciate the resident deer, coyotes, owls, and the odd bear passing through this natural neighbourhood.
This home has an open-concept floor plan on the main level, with a large granite kitchen island, perfect for entertaining and preparing family meals. In the family room, curl up on the couch next to the natural gas fireplace after a day of playing in the mountains (just a short drive away).
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a soft king-sized bed and a full ensuite with a shower stall and oversized bathtub. There are two more bedrooms, another full bath, and a sensible-sized bonus room which add to the appeal of this home.
