Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The space had everything we needed. The furniture, beds and blankets were comfy and fresh - like we were the first to use them. It was too cold to use the back deck except for grilling which we did, and we enjoyed. We loved the view and the sunrises.

Negative: It was too expensive. The total cost for 3 nights was as high as NYC or a ski lodge in VT. It was a lovely spot and more than met our needs for Thanksgiving, but at the end of the day, it’s on a back road in a simple house in the CT countryside with very little to do nearby. We would love to return but the cost would have us consider elsewhere.

Summary: We enjoyed family time in the space which was clean, cozy and well appointed.
