Summary: Not very helpful employee, especially the lady at breakfast who told us to go back to our room, that breakfast wasn't ready. I found medicine pills on the carpet in the room. I'm sure the vacuum cleaner hadn't been used. Otherwise the room was very comfortable and soundproof.
