Summary: The staff at both check-in and check-out struggled to complete the administrative work. At check-in, I was sent back-and-forth three times with 'new' key cards because they did not open the door. The bathroom was not clean (toilet had dirt, hair, and grime on it), and the shower felt like it hadn't been deep cleaned in a long time.
