Summary: We booked & paid for a PREMIUM apartment for 4 people. Previously in 2023 we had what we thought was the same booking (pictures were mostly the same) and it was a very nice, classy apartment with 2 bathrooms etc. in a newer building. This time we were shocked to be given a STANDARD very small, dark, 2-bedroom, 1-bath older suite in an older building. The fridge did not work, so we were given another STANDARD room in the same building. It was a bit better, but had 1 very small bathroom and a mix of furniture, some in poor condition & not all clean. The window screens had a hole which let in the bugs. Dinnerware & glassware was all mixed & matched, not like what we had the first time. Our invoiced stated that it was a standard room.

Summary: There was no lighting on the back/side stairway when we arrived after 11. I am elderly and could have tripped and fallen. Also, the bedside lamp doesnt work on one side table. No anti slip mat for in the very slippery tub. All danger things.

Summary: There aren’t many options for a stay in prince rupert and we liked the idea of having a full kitchen so we could cook etc. Room smelled like deep fry oil for our 3 night stay and many of the dishes were dirty, requiring us to wash before using and again after. Dish washer had chunks of food in it. Gross. Beds were clean and comfy. Furniture is tired and feels unsanitary. Bathroom door didn’t close fully and tub had soft spots. Host was awesome and stayed up late for our arrival on the ferry (1am!! Thank you so much!) We spent most of our time out of the suite so didn’t make a deal of the uncleanliness to the host. Convenient location.

Summary: Nice place. You need to wash your dishes or they charge you $100, that’s seems excessive when the room is quite expensive to begin with. Also you cannot cook crabs in the room or they will charge you $200. Nice rooms, comfortable beds.

Summary: We arrived at midnight after the 16 hour ferry from Port Hardy and the check-in service was amazing. The gentleman was kind, efficient and made us feel so welcome. The room was super clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. It was also so quiet! Highly recommend!
