Our cozy vacation rental, spanning 69 square meters, offers everything you need for a relaxing stay: a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area, a spacious living room, a bedroom with a double bed (a crib can be provided upon request), another bedroom with a single bed and a loft bed, as well as two additional bunk beds for more flexibility. The entryway features a convenient coat rack, and the bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer. Our house, with its beautiful vacation apartments, is situated in a very quiet location on the outskirts of Alertshausen (approx. 13 km from Bad Berleburg), on a south-facing slope of the Rothaar Mountains, right next to the forest. The magnificent location of our comfortably furnished vacation apartment, the Rosengarten vacation home, as well as the peace and quiet, are consistently praised by our guests, both young and old. You can relax comfortably in our quiet outdoor seating area, located 10 meters from the house, which features a garden shed and a grill. A ping-pong table, large trampoline, swings, and a slide are available; we also have a play tower with a pirate ship, and the nearby playground features a zip line and many other play structures where children can play to their heart’s content. A lockable shelter is available for bicycles. You can also rent bicycles from us. Free parking is available directly across from the entrance. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible by arrangement. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements if necessary. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. A travel crib can be provided upon request. Bedding for the travel crib is charged separately. Pets are not allowed. Washing machines and dryers are available for use via a coin-operated machine.
