Remodeled 3 bedroom home in Margaritaville resort area community. This home has a wonderful lake view, outdoor TV, and new propane grill. This house has an amazing lake view but does not have direct lake access. The newly updated space will make you feel at home. Local attractions include an indoor waterpark, 2 outdoor seasonal pools (Open May to sept 7th), local marina, horse stables, golf course, Landshark and Red head bar and grills. The space
Newly remodeled home with lake view in popular margaritaville resort community. You will appreciate a full kitchen with new countertops and stainless steel appliances or relax on over 500sf of lake view decks. NO STEPS to climb in this home. The home has full sized modern washer and dryer all on easy to access one level. Location is convenient to local lake front bars and shopping center in the heart of Osage beach. For the golf lovers the community is attached to The Oaks a popular 18 hole golf course, available seasonally.
There are many ways to enjoy your new vacation spot. Relax on one of 3 outdoor patios or stream movies from one of the flat screen TVs. Home has access to fubo TV service. Outdoor Smart TV available when outdoor temperature is above 45 degrees. Plenty of seating, whether you prefer to dine indoors or on the patio. Relax in comfort as this Margaritaville area home has central heat and air conditioning. The kitchen area has the convenience of the availability to use a full size coffee pot or keurig machine. Kitchen is fully equipped with the basics including dishes, pots, pans, glassware, toaster, etc. There are three full bedrooms in this home with 2 queen beds, one king bed, and a pull out couch. If additional space is needed, 2 neighboring houses may be available. The home has plenty of entertainment options with WIFI and smart TV's with streaming capabilities. The outdoor Smart TV is a guest favorite. Note the outdoor TV will not operate when the temperature is below 45 degrees.
Community is great for walking on the golf course trails. A walking trail connected to a golf course is across the street. House has central heating and air. The minimum ac temperature is 69 degrees in order to keep heat pump at maximum efficiency.
Refer to the Margaritaville website for their up to date information on public access. I am unable to answer questions related to access of Margaritaville and am not directly related to the resort.Renting this home does not include access to Margaritaville indoor pool or fitness center. Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed to park at the house. House occupancy maximum is 6 guests including visitors due to fire department maximum occupancy limits. All guests must be disclosed at time of booking. There is no trailer or boat parking available. There is one exterior camera on the rear porch covering the exterior porch entrance and facing toward the street and one camera in the front of the house under the covered porch pointed toward the parking area. No boat or trailer parking at the house per HOA. The fireplace in the home is unable to be used by guests due to insurance regulations and is not listed as an amenity. Check out time is 10 am and check in time is 4pm.
Osage Beach and the surrounding areas have many activities available in all seasons. Some local favorites include Celebration cruises, Ha Ha Tonka where you can visit the Castle ruins, Big Surf water park, 4 local caves, numerous wineries, state park locations and more. Check with each location regarding seasonal hours of operation. Note that I list a similar house on the same street that has the same layout but many other differences that is also available on vrbo.
Pet policy. Only one dog with maximum weight restriction of 75 lbs. Pets must be on a leash when outside per hoa rules. Pet fee 40 dollars per stay.

In order to keep the cleaning fee as low as possible, I am unable to accommodate a late check-out. Early check in policy. An early check in may be requested the day before your stay and may be available. The fee for an early check in is 40$.
