Please understand the home is located on a canal. You could encounter bugs around the home such as noseeums, mosquitos, wasps, frogs, lizards, and crickets. We spray regularly around the home to reduce such instances but this is FL and we have no control over these things.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, if reported you will be asked to leave without refund!!!
**Please be respectful of the neighbors** Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
Pool can be heated for a fee.$35 per day. Just be heated for all or none of stay!
The boat life is not to be used by guests. You are able to tie a boat to the dock.
