Renovated split level with open floor plan, two living rooms, air conditioning, large private yard & outdoor shower just .5 mile to Scarborough State Beach. The upper level offers three bedrooms with queen beds, full bathroom with tub and shower and half bathroom attached to the yellow bedroom. The kitchen is open to the living / dining room and features a large stone island with seating. The deck with new Weber grill is accessible via sliders. The lower level offers two additional bedrooms with queen beds, full bathroom with shower and washer/dryer & large family room with pull out sofa. The lower level has walk out sliders to a patio and private backyard surrounded mature arborvitae. The backyard has a picnic table, adirondack chairs and enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower for rinsing off sand after a day at the beach.
The beds will be set up with pillows, comforters, mattress pads and fresh linens. The garage is stocked with beach chairs, Wonder Wheel beach cart, toys and games for guests' use.
Many area attractions, such as Adventureland, Aunt Carries/Iggys, Sunset Farm, fishing boats at Galilee and the Block Island Ferry are just a few miles away.
Pets welcome for additional $100 per pet!
Please note during the summer season late June - August this rental requires a seven night minimum. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 Pm on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 Am the following Saturday.
