Welcomed by a large fountain reminiscent of a Mediterranean countryside, “Villa Paradiso” will immediately transport you to a place where you can breathe deep & relax with your fo& family. It is 5 minutes to Siesta Key, home to one of the most beautiful beaches in the US. Once on the Key, there is a huge public beach, lots of "access" points along the way for private entry to the beach, and a fun village filled with souvenir shops and restaurants.
The house is situated on a private, quiet street “west of the trail’, which is highly desirable if you’re not familiar! Right next to a park, you can take a shaded walk, watch your children play on the expansive playground, toss a frisbee or football, or drop a kayak into the bay and go exploring without ever having to get in your car! Location is also very convenient to downtown Sarasota restaurants and museums, the famous St. Armand's Circle, Longboat Key and Lido Beach. This home is also close to Publix, Trader Joe's, Detwiler's and Costco, and all shopping on Tamiami Trail including Target and a shopping mall!

The master bedroom has a king bed, sliding glass doors to the pool area, and adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with double doors, overlooking the yard & pool area, with an adjoining jack-and-jill bathroom that has an additional two-sink vanity and large walk-thru closet. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, along with a spacious desk & printer. All beds have 12" memory foam mattresses and beautiful linens. Open plan living room has extremely comfortable sectional seating & sliding glass doors to front covered patio. Dining table seats 6 or 7 if you use the additional dining bench, overlooking the pool through sliding glass doors & windows. The kitchen is well-appointed with high end cookware, flatware, serving pieces and sharp knives… along with just about anything else you could possibly want in the kitchen! There is a grill in the backyard with all the grilling tools you will need. Covered front patio with ceiling lights & fans is tucked under a metal roof - the perfect place to dine or sit in the swinging chair, even in the rain! The private pool is yours alone, and if you've swam in a salt water pool before, you know how soft and luxurious the water feels. Three feet deep at each end, gently sloping to five feet in the center - perfect for volleyball! There is an outdoor shower with hot & cold water located on the pool patio. It is a family friendly house, equipped with books and games and even a pack and play! There is also a separate driveway and hookup for a boat, motor home or RV - Plenty of parking!
