Privately owned 3 bedroom (4th in the basement) Sullivan Stone Lodge townhome is located on the ski run 'Main' at the Kimberley Alpine Resort, so you will be just a few steps to skiing and adjacent to the Nordic Center for cross country skiing, or, summer-time hiking and mountain biking trails.

A great family spot in the winter, spring, summer or fall. Sullivan Stone Lodge is an upscale complex catering to families and mature adults creating a relaxing retreat all year long. From May-October you will have access to several golf courses within a 20 minute drive and our home has central air conditioning if the higher elevation mountain breezes don't cool you down enough in the evening.
Sullivan Stone Lodge includes hardwood and tile flooring throughout with granite kitchen counters. Open floor plan provides superior views to the mountains, valley, ski hill, and the quad chair lift - enjoy watching the skiers in the winter and the deer in the summer.
MAIN level features a wide open great room (kitchen, dining & living rooms), covered balcony, kid's bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. It is very spacious with high ceilings, lots of windows, two leather sofas. There's a gas fireplace, 42in HDTV+DVD/CD surround sound system. Dining table seats 10 comfortably and the kitchen bar, or games table, can seat several more. Outdoor balcony is covered with gas grill and outdoor dining for 4.

The back door off the main level provides direct ski access with many hooks plus an outdoor locked ski locker and bench.
The UPPER level has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with the private hot tub on the back deck. Master suite is very generous in size and amenities... full bath, awesome view of the Rockies, king-size bed, sofa (with queen sleeper), 42in TV, full size closet, desk and chair plus full dresser. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, full closet and full bath off the hallway. Washer and dryer are also on the upper level.
Lower level provides street access plus extra hooks for jackets.
Our unit is perfect for a family or small group of friends. This is a strictly non-smoking and no-pets home. Furniture was custom designed and produced locally with the wood pieces from Tree Fever in downtown Kimberley.

No problem, you can literally ski to the back porch.
SULLIVAN STONE LODGE LOCATION = four hour drive from Calgary, AB & about a seven - hour drive from Edmonton, AB.
Airline service is available into the airport in Cranbrook, BC (YXC) through Calgary with Westjet and Vancouver with Air Canada. Cranbrook is a 30 minute drive from the condo.
