🔎 A few things to know before you book:
SWIM SPA
Available 7 AM – 10 PM daily. We maintain the spa between every guest, so the water is always crystal clear for you. To keep it that way: a quick rinse before hopping in, swimwear required, no glass near the spa, and please don’t add any soaps, bubble bath, or oils (as they can damage the filtration and can put the spa out of commission). After your session, place the cover back on to keep it warm for your next dip.
BACKYARD HOURS
Enjoy the full backyard, swim spa, firepit, and gazebo until 10 PM. After that, please move the evening indoors so our neighbours can rest.
FIREPIT
Firewood can be provided and stacked nearby. Please fully extinguish before
heading inside.
NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING & NO PETS
This is a peaceful residential property — no parties, events, or
gatherings. Strictly non-smoking throughout (indoors and outdoors),
including vaping and cannabis. We keep it smoke-free and scent-free
for every guest.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Self-check-in via smart lock. Your code is sent before arrival.
Check-out is 11:00 AM. If you'd like to request early check-in or late check-out, message us at least 24 hours ahead and we'll do our best.
DAMAGE PROTECTION
After booking, you’ll receive a quick check-in form through our guest portal. You’ll be asked to review and sign a short rental agreement, choose a damage protection option, and complete a brief identity verification. It takes about 2 minutes and helps keep everything safe and seamless for everyone.
