This is our own home that we enjoy renting out to guests who want to experience Montreal as locals. Our house is 175 years old and used to be a corner store (dépanneur). We renovated it in 1998-99. We added an induction stovetop and heat pump system in 2024 to keep the house perfectly climatized in summer and winter. The architects did a fabulous job creating a space full of light, warmth and soul. We love living here and we love sharing our home with out-of-town guests when we ourselves head out of town.
Please note that the house comes with 2 friendly cats except for the month of August.
