Sandbox sits directly facing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. There is nothing between you and the water except sand and sea oats!!
Sandbox has all of the amenities you could ever want in a beach vacation home without the noisy, crowded elevators of a large condo property. We have four spacious bedrooms, 3 nice bathrooms, ample parking underneath home and in adjacent parking area, a large pool, and a storage closet for easy access to beach chairs and pool items. We have some infant and toddler furnishings too!!
As you walk into Sandbox, you will notice that it is tastefully decorated with comfortable, designer furnishings. This home has 5 TVs, 2 DVD players, a CD player and free WiFi access. The four bedrooms are configured with 3 king-sized beds, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed and there is a sofa bed in the den for additional sleeping. The first floor has a kitchen, great room den, laundry and one king bedroom with adjacent bath. The well-equipped kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counter tops, an eat-in bar for four and a dining area that seats six. Just off of the den and kitchen, there is a large partially covered deck where you can enjoy spectacular views of the dunes and water. The second floor has THREE Bedrooms. Two bedrooms share a bath, and the gulf front master bedroom suite has it's own private bath and reading nook. The master bath has a dual vanity, a shower and a spacious garden tub. The master bedroom even has its own private balcony where you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the surf, spectacular sunrises and the glows of the sunsets.
