Welcome to my home! This stunning, large open concept space is equipped with all the luxury comforts of being in a home away from home surrounded by the best Gastown has to offer. Professionally designed, the space features a huge walk in shower, 55 inch Smart inch TV with YouTube, Netflix, Disney+ & Amazon Prime Video, in-suite washer/dryer, high end furnishing, lux Stern & Foster King bed, oversized living space, and much more. Located in a no car required area to experience true Vancouver living. Complimentary coffees, teas, snacks & welcome baskets, and guest guide to make the experience the best it can be.
Sleeping Arrangements:
The space is certainly ideal for a 1-2 people. Please note the space is all open making it not ideal for groups of couples or business groups! Best for families, friends, or other people who are comfortable being in very close contact as it is all open! One bathroom with large shower & separate toilet.
Bedroom: King Bed (2 people)
Things to note: **Very Important! **. Gastown is the coolest neighborhood in Vancouver and home to some of the best and most high end restaurants, business, bars and lounges and is a huge part of the film industry of Vancouver (seeing a celebrity neighbor walking around here is highly likely!). However, like most big cities, the surrounding area is also home to Vancouver’s homeless and drug population and it is highly likely you will see those less fortunate on the streets. You will be completely safe, but if seeing this may make you uncomfortable it may not be the spot for you! I love the area and want to make sure my guests do to so please keep this in mind when booking! If you have questions please do let me know!
Noise: The apartment is located on the quiet side of the building, however, as it’s in the center of Gastown, there will be some sound from the outside and from others in the building! In case it may impact your stay I leave a white noise machine & ear plugs for anyone not used to city sleeping! This has never been a problem for me but important to note it is not a completely sound proof space!
Parking: A car is not required for the area at all – everything is very walkable and/or easy access to public transit and car sharing services. If you do bring a car, not to worry, there is an Easy Park garage on the same street (65 Cordova St.) with a daily max rate of $28 CAD/day that can be paid for through by an app. There is also 2 hour paid parking outside which is free 10pm-9am (can be limited and hard to find a spot on occasion!). Car sharing services like EVO are always in the area.
