The space has two balconies, bedroom with TV, living room with TV, full kitchen, free washer & dryer and dining/work space with high-speed Wi-Fi in the lovely Rosemont neighborhood; with walking score of 83 where ALL errands can be done by foot and public transportation is very accessible.

Lots of beautiful plants to keep you company. This space can be completely closed for privacy, turning the apartment into a 2-bedroom unit.

- Washer and Dryer available in the unit with soap, bleach; super practical for long stays!
