Filled with light and offering an abundance of space for family gatherings and summer fun on the main living level, the upper and lower levels provide the quite space for sleeping and relaxation. Situated on a cul-de-sac in the Village of Pt. Judith, the back yard is private for those evening barbeques after a day in the sun. Mini splits installed in Spring 2023 in each bedroom and both living rooms (no a/c in the three seasons room). Distant ocean views, the sound of the roaring ocean, and a neighborhood path to a sandy beach add to the amenities of this special property. A short drive to Galilee and the Block Island Ferry, and within walking distance of many local restaurants, this opportunity cannot be beat!
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
