Summary: Clean simple apartment. With kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Washroom is big relatively with good walk in shower. Bedroom is next to window for my 1 bedroom studio. Streetcar on Kings maybe noisy for some. But ok for me. Good location with Lima Charlie’s pub next door. St Lawrence market, super markets and cafe and bakery 100m away. Overall good.
