The Space:
Welcome to our Snubber's Cozy Haven located at Sugarloaf Mountain! Step inside to an open concept living and kitchen space, thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and functionality. Our fully stocked and newly updated kitchen includes modern appliances like a full size fridge, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, and even an espresso machine. A bench-style dining table is tucked neatly against the wall to save space but easily pulls out to seat 4-6 comfortably on two bench seats.
Kick back on a large, plush couch that features a built-in trundle perfect for lounging or accommodating extra guests. Enjoy movie nights with our smart TV mounted above a cozy electric fireplace. A sliding glass door opens to a private deck with views of Sugarloaf Mountain and the fitness center across the way.
Behind a sliding barn-style door lies a cozy nook featuring a twin-size bunk bed (best for children, though the bottom bunk can sleep an adult). A dual washer/dryer setup is available for guest use to help with mid-week laundry during your mountain stays. All linens and towels are always provided.
Our master bedroom is spacious and private featuring a king sized bed and large dresser for storage. Also a Smart TV above the dresser or maybe you'll enjoy the peaceful picture window looking directly up at Sugarloaf for your morning view.
This condo also features a clean, modern bathroom with a stand up shower. Bonus is the building offers access to a secondary bathroom right down the hall with door code access and only meant for guest staying in the building to use.
Also located down the hall is the building's private game room, open only to Timber Wind guests. This room is fully equipped with tables, couches, board games, and a TV making it a great hangout spot for families and kids. Code access ensures a safe and exclusive space.
In the bottom level of the building you'll find coin operated laundry machines as well as your own private ski locker room! A separate ski entrance that leads straight to the Snubber chairlift making skiing as easy as stepping outside.
Whether you're here for winter skiing, summer hiking, or fall foliage, this charming, family friendly condo is the perfect basecamp for your Sugarloaf getaway. We can't wait to host you!
Guest Access:
You may use all areas of the Condo except for the locked owner's closet.
Guest have access to common spaces in the building such as public bathroom down the hall on the main level as well as the game room (both require a passcode to access).
Basement level has private locker room with direct access to the Snubber Chairlift. Also a coin operated laundry room is available for building guest only.
Other Things to Note:
House Rules:
We ask that you leave the home as you found it, dishes should be washed and put away, furniture all in its place, check out instructions followed the morning of your departure, etc.
No smoking or vaping (of any kind) in the Condo.
We do not allow pets at this property. If this rule is broken there will be a $100 fee.
We kindly ask you remove trash & returnables from the home the day of your departure and place in designated barrels (refer to house manual.)
We understand accidents happen, if anything is broken during your stay, please notify your Host/Co-Host.
No large gatherings or events without owner's written permission. Limit number of guests to those that have been accounted for in the rental.
Extra's:
All consumables such as paper towels, toilet paper, hand soaps, detergents, etc. are provided. The kitchen is also well stocked with basics like spices, oil, sugar, etc.
This Condo does have a duel washer/dryer for guest use. We do advise using "quick" cycle for washing and taking laundry to the coin operated dryer in the basement level of the building. It's $2 to dry a load.
You can access the Health and Fitness center across from our building with a day pass you can purchase yourself. This pass is not included in the price of your stay.
You have parking access for up to 2 vehicles, any additional vehicles will have to park in the overflow parking lots D, E or F.
Interaction with Guests:
We are always reachable by using the airbnb app. We live close by if there is an emergency.
