The living area is spacious and perfectly designed for relaxation while watching movies on the TV. Aside from a wide selection of beautiful neighborhoods and dining or cafes to choose from, our kitchen has quartz countertops and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. It has everything you need for those nights when you want to stay in and cook. The dining area is a great place to socialize and enjoy a delicious meal together.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a double bed. Each bedroom features breathtaking city and lake views. We also have a queen-sized sofa bed for additional sleeping space.
There are 2 bathrooms. One has a shower and tub, the second has a shower. Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hairdryer, and towels.
Have a cup of coffee and sit outside on the balcony with a great view of the city!
For those who are working while here, we have a dedicated workspace for you to use!
I have full sets of sheets and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that!
An ensuite washer and dryer, and high-speed WiFi with an internet speed up to 250 Mbps are all provided during your stay!

Other things to note
* Building amenities (15th floor) are available for guests to use. Note: The outdoor pool opens in late spring to summer depending on the weather and it's up to the building's discretion. Please be respectful of the building residents.
*The pool is currently closed for the season. Please note that both the men's and women's locker rooms will also be closed for approximately one month.
* Tenant registration is required in the building. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you a form to fill out and submit to the building before the check in date.
* There is ABSOLUTELY NO smoking, vaping, or cannabis in the unit. Fines will be issued if this rule is broken.
* Excessive noise in the unit or on the balcony will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are between 10 pm-7 am. Failure to respect my neighbors during these hours will result in fines.
*Additional parking (beyond the free spot) is available in a secure underground paid parking garage that is within a 2-minute walk of the building at 302 Front Street West. The parking range costs 20-30 dollars a day.
*Kindly note that the elevator is undergoing maintenance. At this time, only one low-rise and two high-rise elevators are in service, which may lead to longer wait times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
