THE SPACE:

• Linens provided for the Kings (2), Queen (2), twin-size beds (9) & sofa bed.
• Towels and beach towels are always fresh.
• We have plenty of pillows to choose from.
• Kitchen with all necessary meal preparation equipment and a dishwasher helps make clean up easy.
• Washer, dryer, and laundry detergent/dryer sheets are available.
• Internet and Smart TVs are available when logging into your accounts.
• Beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, and a cooler are provided.
• Pack 'n' Play upon request, sheet not included.
The Bedroom Details:
Owner's suite: King sized bed.
Upstairs: 1 King-sized bedroom, 2 Queen-sized bedrooms, and 2 bedrooms with twin-sized beds; one room has 4 twins, and the second bedroom has two twins that could be pushed together to make a king. Linen is available for both options.
Basement: There is additional space for people to sleep. Which includes a twin bed with a trundle (2-twins), and the couch will pull out into a queen-sized bed. If you need this space for sleeping purposes, please let our team know so we can provide linens. You must also include these additional guests in your reservation.

AC: We recently installed three ductless wall-mounted mini splits in the owner's suite, the Queen bedroom above, and in the living room. The other bedrooms will have window AC units until fall when we install the ductless wall-mounted mini splits.
No childproofing has been done at this house, but we welcome children and families.
Yard maintenance (mowing, tick & mosquito spraying, etc.) may occur occasionally in the summer. They won't interrupt you, but unfortunately, we cannot give you advance notice. They arrive on their terms.
