Summary: The evening staff were fantastic - we discovered after check-in that grandparent in fact required a more barrier free room (with taller toilet and rail to assist with getting up) - staff were very helpful Nd accommodated our room change immediately, which was amazing. Everyone had a fantastic time. Breakfast was great too, really good value.
