Bluebird Casa is a Colonial style home with modern comforts for the perfect vacation home away from home. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac with access to two beaches and Mission Creek, this home is easy walking distance to beaches, restaurants, pubs, Starbucks, 7-11, liquor store, the Mission greenway, Hotel Eldorado and public boat launch and Manteo Resort! Golfing, wineries and shopping are also nearby within short driving distance.
Inside, enjoy a modern, classy black and white kitchen, formal dining, Master bedroom with a King bed and deluxe ensuite, 2 more spacious bedrooms and a fabulous south-facing patio and yard that are perfect for soaking up the Okanagan sun and BBQ dining.
You will love the décor of this home as it is loaded with charm and character. Starting at the main level, there is a formal dining room, great room and gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel countertops and appliances. You will also find a powder room, laundry room and easy access to the patio on this floor.
Upstairs features a luxurious Master suite with King size bed, large built-in closets, flatscreen TV and gigantic spa-like ensuite with soaker tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the 3rd bed features 2 singles. There is also a spacious main bath with tub/shower.
There is parking for 2 vehicles. Any additional parking must be approved by management. No motorhome/RV's allowed.
Rates are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed. Shorter stays during summer season will be considered if it works for our calendar. Families preferred. Adult-only groups considered but all adults in the group must be aged 29 and older. Parties, group events and large gatherings of guests are not allowed. Quiet time after 10pm. This is a residential area, please be respectful. Proof of identity and age may be required at check-in. Bookings may be declined due to scheduling dates, please ask prior to submitting. Pets must be approved before booking. A pet fee and pet damage deposit will be required.
