Beautiful new two-story house is 300 meters from a path to the beach (Parksville Bay) and an 8 min drive to Rathtrevor Provincial Park Beach. Makes holiday time easy with an in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, brand new gas bbq and outdoor eating area with table+umbrella, etc. Sleeps 5. Queen bedroom on ground floor and large bedroom on second floor with a bunk bed + a single bed. Set up for five people for eating dining room table has five chairs and outdoor patio table also has five chairs.
House is on a cul-de-sac and is incredibly quiet and safe for kids.
Unit has family board games and beach umbrella, chairs and toys.
Very private with tall cedar hedges and 6ft fences.
Winter rental monthly rates are available between Oct 1 - April 30 - $2,750 per month.
