Completely remodeled property on 200' of waterfront with Southwest exposure with stunning Lake Charlevoix views. This spectacular home offers open floor plan with 5 bedrooms, bunk room, 4 full baths and large basement for kids or adults for fun games.Perfect for large family vacations to entertain and enjoy the lush lakeside yard and all Northern Michigan offers. Location is perfect with only few miles from downtown Charlevoix, 15 minutes to Petoskey or Boyne City, and an hour to Mackinaw City. During the summer (July - August) stays are Friday to Friday when our cleaning crew is scheduled.
