CLOSE TO CASINO RAMA - 25 minutes. Located in Bolsover.
Smoke free & pet free, Beautiful south facing 4 season bungalow cottage on Canal Lake with large flat property wrap around porch and deck off the kitchen to BBQ. Our property has 2 newly built decks both running 100 feet each across the waterfront. The entire cottage was fully renovated FEB 21 and newly furnished. The massive kitchen with Pottery Barn table can seat 12 people and the breakfast bar seats another 4 yet you still have a huge space to cook and entertain. The cottage has large windows all the way around so it is very light and bright all day long.
We boast easy access and close to all amenities including Beaverton which is only 10 minutes to The Tard & Feathered Pub or 25 minutes to Orillia & Casino Rama.
During the day you can relax in our double hammock or take a swim with the kids in the clean warm water which is weed free. We also have 2 kayaks and a canoe available if you choose to get out on the water, or just relax and watch the boats go by. In the evening you can sit in our Adirondack chairs around the fire.
Guests need to bring bottled water for drinking and remove all garbage when they exit the property.

Summary: Everything is exactly as portrayed in the photos - the home has been lovingly maintained and the location is very pleasant. The water not being potable was no big deal - in the kitchen/dining area there is a water dispenser that holds a 5 gallon water bottle - and replacement ones are $4-5 dollars at any of the local grocery stores (there is a Foodland and an Independent/Loblaws w/in 15 minutes of the house). Everything in the home is sparklingly clean. The sheets on the beds are of very high quality and the mattresses are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might need, including a waffle-iron. (I make a lot of smoothies so brought my own blender - there is not one at the house). Taking your trash with you at the end of the stay isn't a big deal, either. The owners have a binder in the kitchen that gives lots of details - one of which is the locations of two nearby dumps (and they are open on weekends). It's not the place for a big party because it's a relatively quiet neighborhood - though the kitchen/dining room would certainly be perfect for a large gathering. But, for the four of us, it was perfect.
