We want our guests to fully enjoy their stay. A few little things that we ask to keep the home beautiful –
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors any time of day.
SMOKING ABSOLUTELY no smoking indoors. This applies to vaping as well. Please smoke 30 feet from any open door or window. If the house smells like smoke from tobacco or other substances, there will be a $300 cleaning fee. DO NOT leave cigarette butts on the grounds. They must be discarded of properly.
DRUGS What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at our place we have a strict no drug use policy. This is just the law.
CLEANLINESS While we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that you keep the house clean and orderly. Do not leave food and trash around, clean any dishes or kitchenware used, put any used towels in the laundry room prior to your departure. It helps our cleaning crew get through the cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests.
FURNITURE Please do not move any furniture around.
PETS- Pets are not allowed in the house ONLY if you have made prior arrangements with the host and paid the pet deposit. Pet deposit is $350 per pet. The deposit will be payable after booking the reservation. The guest will receive a separate payment request for the pet deposit. Please pick up after your pet in the backyard.
Please keep pets off ALL furniture at ALL TIMES!
Extra cleaning fees will be deducted from the security deposit if evidence of pets being on furniture.
DAMAGES We understand that accidents happen. But we ask that you please let us know immediately when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible, which also means better chances of keeping your full security deposit intact.
PARTIES, EVENTS, PHOTO SHOOTS and ANY TYPE OF FILIMING are NOT ALLOWED unless discussed with host prior to booking and an extra fee, deposit is paid and proof of insurance is required.
SECURITY While being one of the safest areas of town, we want to make sure every guest stay remains problem free. Always lock all doors and windows when leaving the house.
Please treat the home nicely as how you would like your guests to treat yours.
