Come and enjoy our 5 bedroom, 2 bath beach house in a quiet neighborhood in Point Judith. A great option for families.
Our home is clean and well-equipped to allow you to enjoy all that Narraganset has to offer. The eat-in kitchen offers a large table with seating for 6-8, The kitchen also features a large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, gas range, Keurig coffee maker, wine cooler, and toaster. There will be plenty of seating for your family around the wood table off the kitchen as well. On-site laundry, A/C, Cable, Wi-Fi, and off-street parking are all provided.
After a fun-filled day at the beach, wash off in our relaxing, private outdoor shower. Our backyard oasis includes a large level yard, which is partially fenced and enclosed with mature evergreens to ensure your family’s privacy. Relax on our large floating deck which includes a beautiful conversation set. Dine al fresco with the use of the grill and patio set. Sit by the fire pit & unwind.
And the best part is . . . we're located just a short 5-minute walk to beautiful Scarborough Beach. So, leave the car behind and avoid the long lines and parking fees.
We are conveniently located a short drive to the Block Island Ferry, fresh lobster from the pier and Newport, RI
*** LINENS: Each bed comes with a light "summer blanket". However, linens (flat sheet, fitted sheet, and pillowcases), as well as towels, are not provided. You are more than welcome to bring your own linens (all beds are queen size) or take advantage of a convenient, local service offered to guests around town. While we are not affiliated with "Vacation House Linens", we have been told they offer a clean and affordable option for guests who don't wish to bring their own linens.
