Our Scandinavian style "Little White House" will immediately seduce you as you walk through the front door. Comfortable and cozy, our houses is surrounded by nature that you will be able to admire from all sides. Very bright open space on main floor, perfect for enjoying each others company while cooking, dining of simply lounging around the gas stove in living room. Nature is omnipresent - wonderful treeline all around, we share our property with deer, wild turkeys, many bird species and squirrels.
Asides from open space living on main floor you will find the main bedroom, full bathroom (bathtub//shower) and half-bathroom. On second floor guest can enjoy a lovely cozy bedroom located in the back of the house. From main floor access fully finished basement with family//TV room and second gas stove to enjoy, home office nook, 3rd bedroom, laundry room and full bathroom with Italian style shower stall. For extra surprise guests there is a double sofa bed in the family room. Note that the 3 bedrooms are located on three different levels, allowing for more privacy and alone time.
Step outside and enjoy our Beachcomber year round hot tub that seats 6 comfortably. A large terrace with dining furniture and BBQ awaits for you to enjoy. Petite maison de style scandinave, notre home chaleureux et confortable saura vous séduire dès que y pénétrerez. La luminosité vous impressionera puisque notre maison offre une fenestration abondante sur les 4 côtés, la lumière traverse littéralement la maison. De ces nombreuses fenêtres vous pourrez y admirer la nature, des arbres feuillus à enneigés, des chevreuils en visite, simplement profiter de la quiétude offerte par ce vaste terrain.
Au niveau de l'aménagement de notre jolie petite maison blanche, vous retrouverez un rez-de-chaussée à aire ouverte accueillant cuisine, salle à manger et salon. La chambre principale avec grand lit double, une salle de bain avec baignoire et toilette ainsi qu'une salle d'eau complète ce niveau. À l'étage supérieure vous y trouverez une chambre avec un lit double, cette chambre donne sur la cour arrière. Au niveau sous-sol, retrouvez une seconde chambre à coucher avec grand lit double, une salle de bain complète avec douche à l'italienne, une salle familiale avec téléviseur et sofa lit double, un coin bureau et enfin une salle de buanderie complète.
Les 3 chambres à coucher sont réparties sur 3 niveaux ce qui laisse place à l'intimité, nous croyons que notre maison est parfaite pour accueillir 2 ou 3 couples ou une famille - couple avec 2 enfants ou adolescents.
L'outdoorsing à son meilleur vous est offert. Profitez d'un moment détente dans notre bain tourbillon // spa Beachcomber qui fonctionne 12 mois par année. Il peut accueillir 6 personnes. L'été nous réduisons la température à 28 degrés Celcius pour que vous puissiez y relaxer et vous rafraîchir. Un pit à feu invitant pour y prendre l'apéro ou faire griller les guimauves se voit relocalisé près de la terrasse // spa pour la saison hivernale. BBQ et grande table à dîner pour y prendre vos repas à l'extérieur, selon votre humeur.
