Mountain View Royal Park Lodgings offers mountain views in a cozy well-maintained manufactured mobile home park. In the View Royal area of Victoria.
You can wander down to a Thrifty grocery store in 11-minutes. Adventure to the ocean in 10-minutes or drive in five-minutes. Experience our shopping malls, Inner harbour, and other popular tourist attractions. My place is very quiet and not on a busy street. You can hop on a bus with easy access from my place or take one of three taxi service competitive rates.
A one-day complimentary continental breakfast is a little welcome on the first morning.
Drift into deep sleep on a soft queen mattress with hotel quality sheets in your nicely decorated bedroom. A fold out twin bed is included for third person or child. Walk into the bathroom right across the hall from the bedroom. Soak in a spa like tub or sing while having a steamy refreshing shower then dry off with the fluffy towels provided.
Dining in? Get your drink in a new fridge and sip the beverage while cooking your favorite dish in a fully equipped kitchen. Eat on a dining table seating for six in a spacious dining area facing the living room. Gaze out the windows and check what is happening outside.
It is wintertime in Victoria. You will be warm and toasty due a new heating pump recently installed. Chill out with your delightful book near a non wood burning Fireplace. Watch TV or listen to music. Connect to a Fast Wi-Fi. No cable TV, just hook up your phone to the Smart TV to access your apps like Netflix. Or Play X box or card and board games provided.
Choose one of two outdoor decks. The first deck you can cook on the barbeque and eat on the dining table for four. The second deck has eating/lounging space with a SUNNY MOUNTAIN VIEW and yard space.
Need the place to yourselves for a night or have family for dinner. Guests are limited to 4–6-people. I am open to requests to discuss details.
I provide occasional school contract work as a role model. I educate the children in art and bead work, and I am a pet lover. If one child or one small pet sitting is needed. It is limited to one time per stay for three-hours. A fee will be charged for further details or requests to be discussed.
Feel comfortable to smoke cigarettes or cannabis. Smoking is off limits inside the home. A designated area outside the house is assigned for guests.
