The home
Spanning roughly 15,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, this Bavarian-chalet-style residence unfolds across three levels linked by an elevator. Vaulted great rooms open to expansive glass, capturing mountain, lake, and forest views throughout the winter season. A secondary lounge with a log-burning fireplace offers a quieter place to read, reflect, or gather after long days outdoors. Climate control, indoor fireplaces, and thoughtful design keep the home comfortable throughout Whistler’s colder months.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is designed for shared meals and unhurried mornings, equipped with Gaggenau appliances and generous prep space. A wrap-around breakfast bar seats twelve, while the dining table welcomes the same number for long dinners that stretch into the evening. A scullery kitchen and butler’s pantry help keep gatherings flowing, and the outdoor kitchen and BBQ remain available when conditions allow.

Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Kadenwood construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances from nearby construction.

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
