Be thrilled with this newly converted heritage two level loft!
Located in the historic, designer, and theatre district of Victoria. This loft is in a private, locked, and quiet brick courtyard with your own patio. As well, there is international dining, amazing coffee shops, and live music all within walking distance, including our famous Inner Harbor with ferry and seaplane services. You would be exactly where you want to be within walking distance of everything wonderful Victoria has to offer, especially the ocean.

What's unique about this is the 17' ceilings, original old brick walls, great art, and separate entrance. There is a luxurious queen bedroom upstairs in addition to a high quality pull out queen sofa bed downstairs -- sleeping four in total.
It has all the modern amenities including internet, TV, cable, Bluetooth speaker, stainless steel appliances, in suite laundry, quality stocked kitchen a chef would enjoy, and a modern fireplace for the perfect vacation.
Secure off street parking is included located in a lot right across from the entrance to the unit. I have a pass you put on your mirror for any spot in the lot.
