Two enclosed outdoor showers with hot and cold water. Within walking distance to Bluewater Point Marina and restaurant, less than 50 yards to beach access. Attractive reverse floor plan with extra seating downstairs, large kitchen with two sinks and wine/beverage cooler. Please do not park on grass in front of house. No pets, no smoking.
