The cottage contains 4 bedrooms with (2 Queens beds) & (2 double beds) s + 2 double sofa beds, bedding & towels, full dishes, spa, BBQ / propane, firewood, board games, 1 stone fireplace from the river in the dining room + 1 slow combustion fireplace in the living room for colder winters as well as an outdoor fireplace with round wooden benches including picnic tables & BBQ cabana for all seasons.
The cottage is close to all services such as convenience store at the corner of the row, grocery stores, hardware stores, SAQ, hunting & fishing stores, a ski mountain (Mount Laura) and or a dizin kilometers from the (Valley of the North Arm) known for the practice of several sports such as canoeing / kayaking, hiking, snowshoeing in winter, climbing next to the Delaney Falls, mountain biking, via ferata and trails.

This two-storey log cabin with a mezzanine is located on a magnificent 3-hectare private island. The Sainte-Anne River surrounds it and welcomes you for swimming, speckled trout fishing and kayaking. Its prime location and the landscapes that surround it make this chalet one of the favorites of our customers!
Le Pin Royal is located close to all basic services such as a convenience store, grocery stores, hardware stores, the SAQ, hunting & fishing stores. A ski mountain and the Vallée Bras-du-Nord are about ten minutes from the chalet. The latter is renowned for the practice of several sports such as canoeing, kayaking, hiking, snowshoeing, climbing, mountain biking, via ferrata and much more!
Housing
The chalet contains 4 bedrooms with 3 double beds, 1 queen size bed and 1 pull-out style bed. It has a full kitchen, bedding and towels, board games and a pool table.
The living room includes not one, but two fireplaces. The main fireplace is made of stone while the second is a slow combustion fireplace, perfect for warming you up in winter. The imposing stone fireplace and the mezzanine give the place a warm atmosphere in a rustic decor punctuated with contemporary details.
Outside, you will find an outdoor fireplace with wooden benches, picnic tables, a covered BBQ and a private spa.
