Summary: Pros: Lovely setting. Spacious unit. Great views of Mont Tremblant. Free shuttle to the village. Clean. Comfortable beds, plush comforters and luxury linens. Appropriate amenities for family of five. Prompt, general responses from staff, but not very courteous. Cons: depending on the unit, many steps to get to the front door; elderly and disabled might have a hard time. Pillows are large and hard, bring your own if seeking softer support.
