GROUND FLOOR:
Living room (comfortable for 6 to 8 people), dining room (seats 10 comfortably), fully equipped kitchen, and powder room (washer and dryer available).
UPPER FLOOR:
3 bedrooms with queen beds (Bedroom 1: one (1) queen bed, Bedroom 2: two (2) queen bunk beds, Bedroom 3: one (1) queen bed), and a full bathroom (bathtub and shower).
BASEMENT:
Game room, sofa, and TV with an adjoining double bed (not a closed bedroom, equipped with blackout curtains), and a full bathroom (shower-bathtub).
OUTDOORS:
Large terrace connected to the dining room (seats 10 comfortably), 2 picnic tables, hot tub under the terrace accessible from the basement (7-person capacity as of September 2024).
Treehouse for children (ideal for kids aged 5 to 8).
Dock on the lake, 2 canoes, and a fire pit area.

The driveway leading to the chalet is steep, which may pose challenges for individuals with mobility issues or difficulty getting around.
Self-check-in:
A lockbox with the key is located at the main entrance.
Parking:
There is parking available for three cars at street level.
NOTE: There is another parking area closer to the chalet. However, the entrance is very steep. It is MANDATORY to have a 4-wheel drive vehicle if you decide to use this parking space. You are very likely to get stuck on the slope. In all cases (with or without 4-wheel drive), we disclaim all liability and assume no responsibility for any damage or towing costs.

The sledding hill on the property is a hit with our teenagers.
Walks around the Domaine du Mont-Blanc lakes (our location) and on crown lands are easily accessible.
Numerous cross-country ski trails in Morin-Heights are just 15 minutes from the chalet.
The lake adjacent to the chalet is not ideal for swimming due to abundant water lilies. However, it is stunning and extremely tranquil (no immediate neighbors). Relax on the dock and enjoy watching the frogs and birds. Additionally, two canoes are available by the dock.
A clear-water lake without vegetation and with a dock is part of a small municipal park less than a 10-minute walk within the Domaine du Mont-Blanc (our location). Access is free.
Remote Work:
High-speed fiber internet is available. Speeds range between 520 and 120 Mb/s depending on your location in the chalet.
Linens and Towels:
For short stays, we provide linens and two towels per person (one for the shower and one for the spa).
Hand soap and shower gel will be provided. Please bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and toiletries.
