Comes equipped with Full Kitchen, kitchen nook, Full Bath, one bedroom has both a Queen Bed and a Twin bed PLUS a sleeping loft that has two twin beds. Also included is a 55" smart TV in the living room and a 32 inch smart TV in the bedroom, WiFi, central air conditioned. The back house has a patio, its own Grill and seating area, Outdoor Shower and 2 Beach Badges, There is on street parking. Our home is seconds, Three house to the Beautiful Lavallette Boardwalk and Beach access.
We just closed on our Little Bit of Heaven April 14, 2016 and redecorated the entire house.
Lavallette was voted the third best town to live in. Lavallette was also voted the fourth best place to live in New Jersey.
Your family will just love it there. There is crabbing, fishing, swimming, rides, water park, mini golf, aquarium, Seaside, Point Pleasant, walks on the boardwalk, biking, and great family times with forever memories. We just love to fly kites in the evening.
The 2025 weekly rates for the BACK HOUSE are:
May 4 through May 24, $1,350.00 per week
May 25 through June 21 $1,850.00 per week
June 22 through September 6, $2,550.00 per week
September 7 through September 13, $1,850.00 per week
September 14 through September 28, $1,350.00 per week
WINTER RENTAL OCTOBER 1, 2024 THROUGH APRIL 30, 2025 RENT $1.650. PLUS UTILITIES.

This is strictly a no smoking home.
Families only, no group rentals, maximum 5 people including children in the back home.
