Fully renovated property with 3 bedrooms, large open concept kitchen, pool table, bar area, relaxing veranda with cushions and ottomans and indoor wood burning fireplace. The spa is available year round. Something for everyone to enjoy and make your stay memorable. The cottage can comfortably accommodate 8 people. For cool nights, you will have the pleasure of relaxing and warming up in our spa. Access to the river a few minutes walk from the chalet. Small private dock. 1 double kayak is available.
Infos to note:
- The fireplace on the ground floor is not functional. Please only use the fireplace upstairs.
- The Internet you will have is a 100 Mbps fiber optic connection. So quite fast and reliable.
- Please note that we give no guarantee on operation, cleanliness or technical support for the BBQ from November to April (there is no maintenance done during this period). Please note that we supply propane only between the months of May to October.
- 2 security cameras are installed outside the chalet only to secure the front door and access to the parking lot and the back. We monitor the number of travelers and the presence of prohibited animals.
- No guarantee of operation or safety is offered on the boats. Their use is at your own risk. Replacement parts can sometimes be difficult to obtain. Although we regularly visually inspect the condition of the boats, it is not possible for us to test them by putting them in the water between each rental. Pedal boats may require you to drain them before use.
