Imagine yourself cozied up on one of the unit's three private balconies overlooking the cabana and pool, just steps away from the gulf waterline. Main level offers open floor plan including fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area, and living space that leads to the balcony with sweeping views. Twin bedroom on this level has its own full bath. The upper level has master suite and 2nd bedroom suite with private balconies. East end location puts you within 1.5 mi to the Sea Lab, Estuarium, historic Civil War-era fort, ferry landing, Audubon Nature Preserve, sacred Shell Mounds, Cadillac Square, and Magnolia Park, as well as the island bike path.
Community amenities include two pools with covered cabanas and boardwalk access to the beach. This facility no longer allows tenant boat parking. Number of occupants limited to 6 at all times.
