-The home is older so the driveway has shifted slightly and the lawn and fence do need some TLC.

You have full and total access of the home during your stay. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, take advantage of the kitchen or jump in your car/take an Uber to the Downtown Core!
- Quiet time hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM.
- No pets allowed in the home.
- Guest's account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If host cannot directly contact guest on their phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to it beginning.
- No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $500 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.
- We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if booking on behalf of someone else.
- You may be charged up to $750 for any damages.
- A damage fee of $35 ( per linen set ) will be charged if linens are damaged with a stain that cannot be removed.
- Absolutely no parties. Complaints from surrounding neighbors/properties will result in guests having to vacate the property with no refund.
$500 fine for parties
- The maximum occupancy on this property is 10 people. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any unregistered guests will be charged a $40 additional guest fee per person.
- Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.
- Late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 11 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate of $150, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.
- Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.
