Come and discover this small house in the heart of the Hill under the oaks. Close to all shops, shops, tobacconists, bakery etc......

Beaucaire is ideally located, between Nîmes, Arles, Avignon, the Pont du Gard, and many other must-see places in our beautiful region.
The house "Les Chênes Verts" offers accommodation for 4 people with a pretty covered terrace, a barbecue with wood or charcoal, a petanque court with bowls, deckchairs...
a television, a fireplace with wood, a sofa a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine with filter, dishwasher a ceramic hob, convection oven this accommodations are air-conditioned.
There is a nice bathroom completely refurbished with a washing machine for people who will stay at least for the week.
There is a bedroom with 2 beds 90 by 200 with a dresser with 4 drawers a bedside table.
The second bedroom has a double bed with a wall cupboard.
there will be a vacuum cleaner at your disposal.
Sheets are provided as well as shower towels with a mat. (Childcare equipment is extra.)
The keys will be handed over in person because I am not far from the accommodation and for the arrival times I am quite flexible.
the cleaning must be done for the departure as well as the sheets remove from the beds thank you .
