This condo is located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Welcome to our 2 bedroom / 2 bath Hawaiian retreat at the beautifully landscaped Vista Waikoloa within the Waikoloa Beach Resort area. Located in a peaceful and relaxing gated community, our condo is situated on the ground floor near the 4th green of the Waikoloa Golf Course and is located just minutes away from the beach, shopping, golf, and many other fun activities.
Historic Aenaehoomalu (A-bay) beach and the public swimming lagoon at the Hilton are within walking distance. While 49 Black Sand Beach and Hapuna Beach are both less than a 20 minute drive away.
The Queen's Shops (an outdoor shopping mall) and the King's Court (additional shopping, including a grocery store) are located within walking distance; with restaurants at both locations.
Our light and open living area has a lovely tranquil view across the open space of the golf course to the mountains beyond. Slide open the patio doors and the living space extends onto the generous 354 square foot outdoor wrap around lanai which is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation.
We also provide items for a great day at the beach: towels, chairs, snorkeling equipment and boogie boards, are available for your use.
